Delete your data
Last updated 7 October 2026
Draft for review by a lawyer before launch.
You can delete your Junior Content Network account and the personal information we hold about you at any time. This applies whether you joined with an email and password or signed in with Facebook, Google, LinkedIn or Amazon.
Option 1: ask us by email
- Write to hello@juniorcontent.com with the subject "Delete my account".
- Send it from the email address on your account. If you signed in with Facebook, tell us the email address Facebook gave us (or your name as it appears on your profile) so we can find the account.
- We will confirm who you are, delete or anonymise your account within 30 days, and write back when it is done.
Option 2: remove the Facebook connection yourself
Removing the app from Facebook stops Junior Content Network from receiving any more information from your Facebook account. In Facebook go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites, find "Junior Content Network" and choose Remove. This does not delete your JCN account by itself, so use Option 1 as well if you want your JCN information deleted. The same applies to Google, LinkedIn and Amazon, from the security or connected-apps page of each service.
What is deleted, and what we may keep
- Deleted or anonymised: your profile, photo, credits, listings, posts, messages, saved items and sign-in details, including the Facebook, Google, LinkedIn or Amazon connection.
- Kept for the time the law requires: orders, invoices, credit and affiliate commission records (for tax and accounting), and security logs, as set out in the privacy notice. Backups clear in the normal backup cycle.
- Other members may keep copies of messages or documents you already sent them.
